Inspired
by the film "On Common Grounds", this program aims
to encourage people to GET INVOLVED in interfaith and cross-cultural
organizations and activities that promote peace and understanding
within their communities.
On this page we list links to organizations that offer such
activities for you to get involved. You will find links to national
interfaith organizations and national volunteer organizations
which may have contacts close to your area. Some of these sites
contain additional links that may be of use.
There is also a proposed program outline should you decide to
organize a screening/discussion program of the film "On
Common Grounds" for your local congregation or community. You
can also find a sample press release, a sample flyer, sample
cover letters and other useful links that would help facilitate
your screening. Feel free to tailor these documents as you may need.
Should you organize a screening of the film and would like to
obtain a copy of the film with the necessary public performance
rights please contact us and we will gladly send you a copy
for your screening.
As a means of encouraging interfaith programs, we are offering
a FREE COPY of the DVD including public performance rights and educational
use rights, in addition to, a discounted price on DVD
copies of the film if you would like to make them available
to your congregation or community at the screening or in the
future at your library.
This free DVD offer is available to public libraries, schools,
interfaith organizations, religious organizations, non-profit
organizations and community groups for non-paid admission screenings
only. A public performance fee will apply for higher education
institutes, corporations and governmental agencies but will
they still be eligible for the discounted DVD price if additional
copies are needed.
